What is Wia to me?

Wia. Work Investment Act. What does it mean to me?
It means a second chance. It means I actually have the ability to make money doing something that comes naturally to me, something i spend hours at home doing with no incentive.
I could say wia is an incredible program, but i wouldn't be saying enough. You may think i'm just sucking up but it's true. Wia gives me something to do with my spare time that i could otherwise be doing something bad. I could be roaming the streets with a 'gang' but am i? No.
I'm at the Tec building learning and helping others to learn Digital Media and Technology.
Wia means I get to breathe easier knowing someone out there is trying to help me be a better person.
